Administration Team

The Chestermere Dental Administration team is the very first line of communication between you and your Chestermere Dental dentists. Upon first entering our clinic, you will be greeted immediately by one of our welcoming administration team members, who will do everything they can to make sure you feel as relaxed and comfortable as possible throughout your entire visit with us. Our outstanding Administration Team is in charge of making sure that every appointment is properly scheduled and handled to your full satisfaction. They also handle all the financial aspects of the clinic, including insurance and billing, so that you do not have to worry about it!

Our administrators are familiar with insurance coding and billing, dental terminology and dental procedures. As such, they are here to answer any questions you may have. They will work with you to help you understand your dental treatment, follow-up with you after a complex dental procedure, and review financial options. Our administration team is the backbone of our clinic! They make sure everything is running efficiently and that you feel well looked after.
